I used to visit Ma Taras on a regular basis when I first moved to Delhi and lived in C R Park behind Market No2 for my meals. It seemed to be a converted big garage with benches and tables and an excellent full meal (veg) cost me just Rs 20!!! Adding an egg took the cost up by Rs 5 only😋

One of my go-to places for Bengali food in Delhi. A delicacy through and through. The subtle hints of the spices in the dishes will remind you of the streets of Kolkata. Visiting it the Pujo days is a must despite the extreme crowd.
